Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Vision: Develop and communicate a clear design vision for the platform, aligning with our product strategy and user needs.
  • User Interface & Experience Design:
    • Design interactive, responsive user interfaces highlighting real-time data, AI-generated insights, and actionable alerts.
    • Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
    • Ensure the design is accessible, user-friendly, and adheres to modern UI/UX best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into compelling design solutions.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Design Iteration: Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Data Visualization: Create innovative data visualizations providing clear insights with minimal user interaction.
  • AiInteraction: Design AI and LLM interaction elements complementing the overall interface.
  • UIComponents: Develop dynamic UI components highlighting critical alerts, real-time performance, and historical trend data.
  • DesignSystems: Build and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide reflecting our futuristic aesthetic.
  • Experience:
    • 5–10+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in dashboard design, data visualization, and enterprise software.
    • Proven experience designing complex platforms and interfaces, preferably in telecom, finance, or related industries.
  • TechnicalSkills:
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and modern UI trends.
    • Experience with interactive prototyping and design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, InVision).
  • SoftSkills:
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience.
