Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Management Specialist to drive digital transformation in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of change management methodologies and tools, as well as excellent project management skills.

About the Role
  • The Transformation Management Specialist will work closely with government entities to implement the National Digital Transformation Change Management Framework.
  • This will involve collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans for government entities.
  2. Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance digital transformation capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, IT Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in change management consulting, ideally in government or public sector transformation projects.
  • Recognized Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
Skills Required
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • High-level presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
