Senior Electrical Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Reliability Engineer to lead the development and implementation of electrical reliability strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in condition monitoring techniques, predictive maintenance strategies, and electrical asset management, as well as experience in project management and leadership.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of electrical reliability strategies to optimize system performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and failure mode and effects analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply advanced reliability engineering principles to drive informed decision-making and improve asset reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) studies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on substations, power generation, or distribution.
  • Proficiency in condition monitoring techniques such as thermography, partial discharge analysis, and insulation resistance testing.
  • Experience with online and offline monitoring systems, predictive maintenance tools, and software, as well as project management and leadership skills.
