Key Position:

The Senior Hospitality Executive oversees the hotel's strategic direction, ensuring guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and operational strategies.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Promote a strong market presence through proactive business development activities.
  • Implement and verify service standards to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Align individual and team actions with strategic goals to drive business results.
  • Develop and pursue top-line performance targets based on pre-agreed benchmarks.
  • Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with stakeholders.
  • Optimize cost structures through effective expense control measures.
  • Achieve exceptional service standards above industry competitors.
  • Enhance staff morale and motivation levels.

Emphasis is placed on sustainable local economic value creation, including Omanisation levels, local procurement, and cultural context.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior hospitality executive in a luxury hotel environment.
  • At least 10 years of executive management experience in operations, sales, marketing, food and beverage, or related fields.
  • Degree from an accredited institution.
