Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day management of our restaurants. This is a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and contributing significantly to our business success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all our restaurant outlets. This includes managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effective operations, leading and mentoring a team of employees, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  3. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effective operations.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  6. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline processes.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics.
  8. Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing operational issues promptly and effectively.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality operational standards across all brands/restaurants.
  • Build and maintain a standardized system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence in service in all restaurants (30).
  • Support business development initiatives for other brands within the group (6 Brands).
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in managing multi-restaurant or multi-outlet operations.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • A track record of implementing operational standards and systems.
  • Experience in growth planning and brand development.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Languages Arabic & English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • HACCP Certification (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) or equivalent food safety program is required.
