About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Hospital Porter at Abroad Work.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Support the efficient functioning of hospital services by performing a range of tasks, including transporting equipment and supplies.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to receive, sort, and deliver mail to various departments and wards, ensuring timely delivery and confidentiality.
  3. Contribute to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment by collecting and disposing of waste according to agreed standards.
  4. Promote health and safety awareness among staff and patients, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  5. Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with established security procedures, protecting sensitive information and preventing unauthorized access.
  6. Foster positive relationships with staff and patients, providing an exceptional standard of service and responding to their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
