  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Monitor project expenses, identify cost overruns, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and accessible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • English proficiency is essential for both written and verbal communication.
