This includes managing documents, drawings, and reports, as well as tracking all document correspondences and transactions.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Classify, sort, archive, and retrieve documents following specific indexing and filing systems.
  • Manage documents, drawings, and reports, ensuring that they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including drafting documentation in Arabic and English.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You will also need to be proficient in computer software programs such as word processors, spreadsheet programs, and database systems.
