Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing Materials On Time and Procurement Savings by aggregating demand across various projects, commodities, assets, and directorates. This involves providing visibility of demands to the procurement team, proactively liaising with end-users for timely release of demand in the system, and maintaining HSE as a first priority.

 

Main Duties:
1. Maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) as first priority and ensure zero Lost-Time Incidents (LTIs) and no harm to people or environment through compliance to house rules, golden rules, and Life Saving Rules (LSRs).
2. Regular engagement with Integrated activity planners in Oil North, Oil South, and Gas directorates to obtain and update a list of operations and maintenance activities, including corresponding activity owners, to be performed during shutdowns/turnarounds.
3. Proactive liaison and monthly meetings with Operations and Maintenance leads across different clusters in Oil North, Oil South, and Gas directorates to obtain a list of long lead items required for maintenance activities scheduled in those clusters.
4. Thorough review of all requirements for completeness and follow up with Operations and Maintenance/Projects teams where necessary.
5. Validate timelines for material requirements in the system for long lead items with respect to their lead times and follow up with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure timely release.
6. Manage Work Orders' dates, Purchase Requests' dates, and Purchase Requisitions' dates against LAFDs, WO priorities, and materials Lead times to improve overall Material Planning.
7. Engage with Projects teams in Oil South, Oil North, and Gas directorates to obtain full lists of materials requirements for shutdowns/turnarounds after work pack finalization.
8. Aggregate demand by summing up requirements across Maintenance and Projects for Oil North, Oil South, and Gas directorates, updating shared excel sheets/demand management tools for visibility to Buyers/MRPs, and obtaining feedback on timely release of demand.
9. Follow up with Operations and Maintenance/Projects teams for timely release of stock and direct charge items in the system by raising and releasing PRs.
10. Adhere to HR policies and attend mandatory trainings/workshops.
