- Perform additional duties as requested by management related to hotel operations.
- Departmental Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards at all times.
- Complete mise en place tasks efficiently to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Have extensive knowledge of menus and wine lists to cater to guest requests effectively.
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in preparing VIP amenities according to quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional service, adhering to quality standards and guest requirements.
- Present dishes according to hotel specifications and food safety guidelines.
- Upsell services and products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Process billing tasks accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling policies.
- Report any guest comments or complaints to management promptly for corrective action.
- Clear tables and trays efficiently, maintaining rotation of silverware, china, and glassware.
- Participate in linen counting and reporting on a rotational basis.
- Collaborate with colleagues, offering practical support and assistance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management, related to the position or prescribed procedures.
