About the Role
  • General Responsibilities:

  • Departmental Responsibilities:
  • Maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Complete mise en place tasks efficiently to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Have extensive knowledge of menus and wine lists to cater to guest requests effectively.
  • Greet guests warmly and establish rapport to ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep the restaurant clean and organized at all times.
  • Assist in preparing VIP amenities according to quality standards.
  • Deliver exceptional service, adhering to quality standards and guest requirements.
  • Present dishes according to hotel specifications and food safety guidelines.
  • Upsell services and products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Process billing tasks accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling policies.
  • Report any guest comments or complaints to management promptly for corrective action.
  • Clear tables and trays efficiently, maintaining rotation of silverware, china, and glassware.
  • Participate in linen counting and reporting on a rotational basis.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, offering practical support and assistance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, related to the position or prescribed procedures.
