As a Destination Management Company, we offer a wide range of services including excursions, ground handling, sales, and accounts inquiries. Our goal is to provide exceptional value to all our clients while expanding our network and creating new business models in a changing distribution environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and reconfirm client/agent requests and reservations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate reservations for all services in our system.
- Follow up on payments before arrival.
- Reconfirm bookings with suppliers internally and externally.
- Ensure successful operations by reconfirming all bookings prior to arrival.
- Provide availability and rates when required.
- Attend to calls and answer agent requests.
Requirements
- Must be located in Oman.
- Fluent Russian speaker.
- 2-3 years experience in Destination Management or similar.
- Strong knowledge in Reservation systems.
- Ability to handle different clients' proposals/projects.
