Financial Services Representative

Job Purpose:

To mobilize low-cost deposits, process loan applications in accordance with bank policy, re-schedule existing loans, and process credit card applications for customers.

Key Tasks and Duties:

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve liability products sales volume.
  • Take accountability for liabilities business achievement within defined timescales.
  • Provide a professional service to customers, offering information and guidance on banking procedures, and encouraging them to increase their business with the bank.
  • Market bank's other products and services to achieve cross sell targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, regulations, and legal parameters.
  • Initiate direct marketing activities to maximize sales and product utilization.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Measure customer attrition and implement retention strategies.

Qualifications:

Diploma in business or finance is required.

Experience:

A minimum of 0 to 2 years sales experience with a good understanding of customer segments and quality delivery is essential.

  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Team orientation is important.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Good reporting skills are essential.
  • Good written and spoken English and Arabic are necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
