We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Tax & Legal Services team as a Graduate Programme member. This two-year programme offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in tax and legal services, while contributing to the success of our clients.

Job Description:

  • Data Analysis and Research:

    You will be responsible for conducting research and data analysis to support the delivery of tax and legal services to our clients. This will involve working closely with senior colleagues to identify key trends and issues, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

  • Client Management:

    You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to address their tax and legal challenges. This will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and trust with clients.

  • Professional Qualifications:

    During the programme, you will have the opportunity to pursue professional qualifications in tax and law, which will help you develop a deep understanding of the sector and enhance your career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Dispute Resolution:

    You will assist in resolving tax disputes on behalf of clients, working closely with colleagues to gather evidence and prepare cases for presentation to regulatory authorities.

  • Indirect Tax Controversies:

    You will provide advice and guidance to clients on indirect tax controversies, including value-added tax (VAT) and customs regulations.

  • Corporate Tax Planning:

    You will assist in developing corporate tax plans for clients, including strategies for minimizing tax liabilities and optimizing tax benefits.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    You should be a recent or final-year undergraduate with a degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, economics, or law.

  • Language Skills:

    Fluency in English is essential, with native Arabic language skills preferred.

  • Skills:

    You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Location:

Our Tax & Legal Services team operates across several countries in the Middle East region, including Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon, and Palestine.

Start Date:

The start date for this programme will depend on your graduation date, with possible intakes in January or September 2025.
