Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales and leasing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The Residential Leasing Specialist will be responsible for carrying out property sales and leasing transactions, coordinating with clients to provide a professional service, marketing properties, and updating the CRM with enquiries, listings and viewings.

Key responsibilities include engaging with clients seeking to sell or lease assets, completing onboarding and listing assets, leasing properties within Muscat to achieve targets, undertaking residential sales as allocated by specialisation, increasing leasing stock in line with departmental strategy, conducting property viewings, negotiating with clients, completing paperwork and handover, adhering to Savills policies and procedures, local real estate practice, and RICS standards and ethics.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in real estate in Oman, be an Omani driving license holder, computer literate, have good telephone manner, fluent English speaking and written skills, bilingual skills preferred but not essential, strong persuasive and negotiation skills, proactive and a good team member.

  • Educated to at least high school or college equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Muscat's residential areas.
  • Diplomatic and confident in presentation delivery.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Attention to detail.
