We are looking for a skilled and driven individual to fill the role of Kitchen Designer and Sales Associate.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will meet with customers, architects, and contractors to explore our products and design a Kitchen that best reflects their personal style.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Generating business through walk-in customers and external outreach.
  • Greeting clients to the showroom, assessing their needs, and assisting them in selecting and ordering materials.
  • Conducting pre-construction site inspections and measurements.
  • Utilizing automated design capabilities within stock and semi-custom product categories.
  • Bidding and preparing proposals.
  • Ordering project materials.
  • Scheduling project timelines, subcontractor schedules, and material deliveries.
  • Acting as a liaison between the customer, vendors, and subcontractors.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

  • Strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate deadlines, expectations, and needs effectively.
  • The ability to perform tasks and manage time with minimal supervision in a team environment.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Flexibility to work at various locations, including job sites.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments where priorities may shift.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience in 20/20 and MS Office Suite.

We prefer Spanish speakers for easy communication with Spanish-speaking factories.
