As a Kitchen Designer and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving business growth through walk-in customers and targeted outreach efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greeting clients to the design center, assessing their needs, and assisting with product selection and ordering materials and quantities for projects.
  • Conducting pre-construction site inspections and measurements to ensure accurate project planning.
  • Utilizing automated design capabilities within stock and semi-custom product categories.
  • Preparing bids and proposals for projects.
  • Procuring project materials.
  • Coordinating project schedules, subcontractor timetables, and material deliveries.
  • Serving as a liaison between the customer, materials suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements

We are seeking individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, enabling effective articulation of deadlines, expectations, and needs with vendors, customers, and managers.

  • The ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a team environment, managing time and tasks efficiently.
  • A customer-centric approach to work.
  • Flexibility to work at various locations, including job sites.
  • The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change frequently.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with 20/20 and Microsoft Office Suite.

We prefer Spanish speakers for easy communication with manufacturers.

This role entails working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver bespoke kitchen designs that meet each customer's unique style.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
