About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Financial Services Quality Assurance specialist.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Sharia principles while conducting testing activities related to Islamic banking assets modules, payments, and profit distribution processes.

They will work closely with business teams, developers, and testing teams to validate functional requirements and design, execute, and manage test cases, test plans, and defect tracking for core Islamic banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with Sharia principles while conducting testing activities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure system behavior aligns with Islamic banking rules.
  • Analyzing and validating transactions related to Murabaha, Mudarabah, Istisna, and Ijarah financing.
  • Supporting automation initiatives to improve test efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Islamic banking frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with testing methodologies, tools, and defect management.
  • Exposure to core banking systems used in Islamic banking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
