Supply Chain Expeditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Expeditor to join our team. As a key member of the supply chain department, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring supplier deliveries, generating status reports, and coordinating logistics requirements.

  • Developing schedules and expediting deliverables based on project timelines;
  • Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials;
  • Monitoring supplier performance and providing input for statistical measurement;
  • Assisting in managing contract and procurement archiving of all supply chain documentation;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering;
  • Minimum three years experience in procurement services, materials expediting, material management, logistical services, or project management;
  • Strong communication, influencing, negotiating skills, and fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Excellent team player and ability to work independently;
  • Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback.

Working Hours:

10 hours per day, 6 days per week (Saturday to Thursday), including a 1-hour lunch break.
