Job Summary:
Civil Engineer Project ManagerThis role requires a Civil Engineer with project management experience to lead tasks and teams in the design of civil infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering processes and procedures, as well as experience in making detailed designs and calculations using software packages.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the completion of projects, preparing technical reports, and presenting results.
Key Responsibilities:- Task / project management, including supervision of survey / field teams and a delivery team
- Data processing and analysis.
- Produce detailed project designs according to relevant Standards/Codes and with direction from line manager / head of department
- Respond to client directions in a responsive and customer focused manner
- Preparation of technical reports & presentation of results, conclusions & recommendations
- Responsible for contributing to the successful completion of projects, including preparation of briefs, scope of works, completion of technical tasks, and liaison with clients, stakeholders, third parties (e.g., local ministries/authorities/municipalities, environmental bodies, etc.), other professional bodies and contractors.
The position requires a broad range of skills and qualifications, including engineering-based degree, postgraduate professional experience, understanding of civil and infrastructure regulations, and project management experience.
