
Generalist HR Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and complaints.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback.
- Manage the employee database and HRIS.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate with the Learning and Development team.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- University degree qualification in any discipline or Bachelors in HR Management or equivalent.
- Min 3 to 5 years in HR/PRO.
