
Customer Service Representative

This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders, providing customer service support, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure timely receipt of sales plans from the sales team and verify against received orders.
- Provide customer service support after confirming orders from the marketing staff.
- Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with stores to manage finished goods inventory for order processing.
- Work with logistics/stores to generate proper documentation for shipments.
- Follow up with clients for payments and update records regularly.
- Forecast potential orders with production staff.
- Log and follow up on customer contracts, agreements, and orders.
- Create and forward planning sheets to the commercial team.
- Collaborate with sales staff, internal departments, and customers on manufacturing progress, delivery schedules, payment status, and dispatch clearances.
- Maintain proper documentation as per ISO requirements.
- Marketing staff, Finance, Logistics
- Clients, Government agencies (as applicable)
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration preferred.
- Able to multitask multiple projects.
- Proficient in PC operating skills and simple mathematical calculations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Good organization skills.
- Familiarity with working with multiple nationalities.
- Strong knowledge of MS-Office.
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage people.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.
