Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders, providing customer service support, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely receipt of sales plans from the sales team and verify against received orders.
  • Provide customer service support after confirming orders from the marketing staff.
  • Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with stores to manage finished goods inventory for order processing.
  • Work with logistics/stores to generate proper documentation for shipments.
  • Follow up with clients for payments and update records regularly.
  • Forecast potential orders with production staff.
  • Log and follow up on customer contracts, agreements, and orders.
  • Create and forward planning sheets to the commercial team.
  • Collaborate with sales staff, internal departments, and customers on manufacturing progress, delivery schedules, payment status, and dispatch clearances.
  • Maintain proper documentation as per ISO requirements.
Key Relationships:
  • Marketing staff, Finance, Logistics
  • Clients, Government agencies (as applicable)
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration preferred.
  • Able to multitask multiple projects.
  • Proficient in PC operating skills and simple mathematical calculations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Familiarity with working with multiple nationalities.
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage people.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field.
