Electrical Sales Engineer Position

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and a proven track record in sales.

  • Generating leads and converting them into business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Understanding technical specifications and preparing tailored proposals
  • Coordinating with the service execution team for smooth delivery
  • Meeting sales targets and reporting to management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma Electrical Engineers with 9+ years of experience in HT Motor Rewinding Sales.

  • Proven track record with 3+ years' sales experience within the Motor Rewinding industry and/or 5 years plus sales experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Motor Rewinding business
  • Understanding of local competition, the community and market rates in order to drive results
  • Ability to work individually in a fast-paced environment with minimal support
  • Possess solid computer experience, organizational and communicative skills.
