Technical Solution Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solution Consultant to deliver technical and strategic support to our customers throughout their journey.

  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert technical guidance during pre-sales and delivery stages of customer engagements.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations showcasing features and benefits of data center solutions to potential customers.
  • Closely collaborate with sales teams and OEM vendors to develop proposals that meet customer goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer infrastructure and requirements, identifying potential technical issues and recommending optimal solutions.
  • Support sales negotiations by providing technical insights and assistance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge with the sales team to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Communications Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HPE Storage, Brocade SAN Switches, VMware, Veeam/Commvault, Red Hat, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and clients to deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Relevant certifications such as HPE Master ASE, Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE), Commvault Certified Engineer, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
Experience
  • Proven experience as a Presales Specialist or similar role in data center and enterprise solutions industry.
  • Hands-on experience with data center operations and management, including HPE Storage, VMware, Red Hat SAN switches, etc.
  • Experience with cloud administration and management.
