Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. This role will be responsible for developing and executing long-term and annual marketing plans, monitoring budget expenditures, and overseeing customer service staff.

About the Job
  • This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing or a related field, over 3 years of experience in events, PR, or marketing, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including advertising campaigns, special events, and promotions.
  2. Manage customer service staff, handle customer complaints, and train staff on service standards.
  3. Organize retailer communication forums, provide feedback, and distribute minutes.
  4. Plan and coordinate consistent advertising campaigns, ensure alignment with creative positioning, and develop a cost-effective media plan.
Requirements
  • College or university degree in Marketing/PR.
  • Over 3 years of experience in events, PR, or marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong financial skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
