Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team at The internal vision of development SPC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, recommending suitable products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales transactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
  • Collaborate with inventory management to optimize stock levels and report discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within a retail or counter sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting practices and software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
