We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to play a key role in supporting existing OCI customers, identifying upselling opportunities, and delivering impactful presentations to showcase the value of Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure), and relevant industry certifications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with existing OCI customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to enhance their cloud environment.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations, live demonstrations, and technical workshops to educate customers on OCI services and how they can optimize their cloud strategy.
  • Infrastructure Management: Support OCI-based infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, security, and automation, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  • Solution Architecture: Assist customers in designing and deploying OCI architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security compliance.
  • Hybrid Cloud: Provide guidance on multi-cloud and hybrid environments, integrating OCI with Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructures when required.
  • Cloud Cost Optimization: Advise customers on cost-effective cloud strategies, licensing models, and resource optimization techniques to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and proof-of-concept (POC) development for potential customers.
