Project Coordination Specialist

Job Description:

As a seasoned Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day supervision and coordination of all project activities. You will interface with clients, contractors, designers, and authorities to ensure seamless collaboration and progress.

Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and milestones, and overseeing quality assurance and control across all disciplines. You will also manage risk, change orders, and claims reviews, as well as ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture;
  • 15+ years of experience, including 5+ in theme park or entertainment developments;
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent numerical and communication skills;
