Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Sales & Designer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating business through walk-in customers and outside sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to articulate deadlines, expectations, and needs with vendors, customers, and managers.

  1. Meet with clients to assess their needs and assist them with product selection.
  2. Conduct pre-construction site inspections and measurements.
  3. Perform automated design capability within stock and semi-custom product categories.
Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, assess their needs, and assist with product selection.
  • Conduct site inspections, take measurements, and create designs.
  • Manage project schedules, sub-contractor schedules, and material deliveries.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment where priorities can be redirected.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with 20/20 software.

Prior experience in interior design or a related field is preferred.
