Job Description:

This role is responsible for creating and communicating ideas that inform, inspire, and captivate customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in graphic design, visual communication, and brand development.

The successful candidate will assist with the overall creative needs of the organization through planning, designing, and collaborating with the marketing team. Key responsibilities include developing and producing artwork and advertising that reflects the company's identity, managing design and video projects, and ensuring brand consistency across all creative output.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and produce high-quality artwork and advertising materials that meet the company's branding guidelines.
  • Manage design and video projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective visual communications strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all creative output, including social media, print, and digital channels.
  • Identify emerging design trends and contribute to robust internal creative conversations.
  • Use industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, to create visually appealing and engaging designs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Extensive knowledge of branding systems and visual identity development.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and component development.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
