Job Title: People Operations Director

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced People Operations Director to join our team at Salwa Health Care LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing people operations strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Developing and implementing people operations strategies that align with our organizational goals
  2. Managing staff across the Residential Treatment Center, Detox Unit, and Outpatient Clinic
  3. Monitoring performance management systems and professional development of employees
  4. Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  5. Acting as the primary point of contact for staff-related regulatory matters
  6. Assisting with regular communication of goals and updates
  7. Overselling payroll and staff benefits
  8. Maintaining confidentiality of employee information
  9. Addressing employee grievances
  10. Assisting management with identifying training needs and programs

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
  • 7+ years of professional HR experience, ideally from a services-oriented business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
