Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our seafood export sales initiatives and drive business growth in the global market.

This is a challenging role that requires strong sales and client management skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in small pelagic fish export and will be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our seafood export sales portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in a field such as business or marketing
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the seafood industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for sales tracking and reporting
  • Experience of working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to travel as required
