Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all construction projects in Oman.
  • Plan and manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
  • Resolve issues or conflicts during construction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in large EPC construction projects.
  • Proven track record in managing construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
