We are seeking a skilled Mason to construct, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, and other surfaces. As a Mason, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work that meets safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints to determine materials needed
  • Preparing surfaces by cleaning and leveling them
  • Mixing and applying mortar or other bonding substances
  • Laying bricks or other materials in a specific pattern according to the blueprint
  • Cutting or shaping bricks and other materials to fit into desired spaces
  • Using hand and power tools to cut, shape, and finish surfaces
  • Ensuring that structures are level and plumb using tools such as levels and plumb lines
  • Repairing or replacing damaged bricks or other materials

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven experience as a Mason in construction projects
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
