Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key member of our team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various areas within a hotel or similar establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned, dusted, and polished to meet high standards.
  • Inspect each room according to set guidelines and report any issues or damages promptly.
  • Maintain and protect equipment, reporting any inadequacies or maintenance needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by handling complaints and requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of consumables, replacing them as necessary.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety rules and regulations, as well as company policies and practices.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working as an Executive Housekeeper in a comparable setting.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional performance.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Able to work at a rapid pace without compromising quality standards.
  • Excellent language proficiency in English.
