Design Thinking UI/UX Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Design Thinking UI/UX Specialist to design and test intuitive interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in large-scale government-facing projects and the ability to operate fluently in both Arabic and English.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design high-fidelity UI interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and similar tools.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, persona development, and usability testing to guide product direction.
  • Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technology and delivery management teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Must be available to start immediately.
  • Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Extensive experience in government and large-scale projects is a must.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user experience methodologies, usability, and design principles, user research methods, accessibility standards, and design thinking.
