As a key member of our front office team, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Receptionist to join us. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Job Description:

This role involves providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, responding promptly to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and amenities
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently
  • Operating the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Maintaining knowledge of hotel policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within a hotel environment.

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are an asset
  • Good teamwork and customer service mindset
  • Familiarity with OPERA System
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including standing for up to 9 hours
  • Basic computer literacy
