As a key member of our team, the Accounts Clerk plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization by performing various accounting tasks and supporting audit preparations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly and annual financial statements to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
  2. Budget Planning and Management: Compile the annual budget, plans, and performance reports to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize efficiency.
  3. Audit Support: Assist with external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and expertise.
  4. Payment Execution and Invoicing: Manage payment execution and invoicing processes to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  5. Cash and Bank Management: Perform reconciliation, cash, and bank management activities to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies.
  6. Petty Cash Funds Management: Maintain petty cash funds and ensure sufficient funds for daily operations.
  7. Ad-Hoc Activities: Assist with ad-hoc activities as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; Fresh graduates or 3 years of experience with a General Diploma of General Education are welcome to apply.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
