Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Account Specialist to join our team in Muscat on a full-time, on-site basis. As an Online Account Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing customer relationships and driving account success through data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for accounts handling, including financial operations, and onboarding clients and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer success through proactive account management and relationship building
- Onboarding the brands / suppliers
- Handle financial operations and account-related transactions
- Execute customer onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions
- Analyze account performance and develop strategic recommendations
- Provide top-tier customer support and problem resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or similar role
- Driving License is a Must
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated financial acumen
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams
- Advanced problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is preferred
- Arabic Speaking is a Plus
