Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Account Specialist to join our team in Muscat on a full-time, on-site basis. As an Online Account Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing customer relationships and driving account success through data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for accounts handling, including financial operations, and onboarding clients and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success through proactive account management and relationship building
  • Onboarding the brands / suppliers
  • Handle financial operations and account-related transactions
  • Execute customer onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions
  • Analyze account performance and develop strategic recommendations
  • Provide top-tier customer support and problem resolution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in account management or similar role
  • Driving License is a Must
  • Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated financial acumen
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Proven track record in customer relationship management
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in e-commerce platforms is preferred
  • Arabic Speaking is a Plus
