**Structural Supervisor Opportunity**

  • Our organization seeks a skilled Structural Supervisor to oversee steel erection and concrete works on various projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Reviewing IFC drawings, shop drawings, and structural calculations to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes;
  2. Inspecting ongoing steel erection and concrete works to guarantee adherence to established standards;
  3. Coordinating between structural, architectural, and MEP teams on interfaces to optimize project outcomes;
  4. Validating material submittals, including steel grades, welding, and concrete mix, to ensure quality control;
  5. Ensuring contractor compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards through regular monitoring and reporting;
  6. Reviewing method statements and temporary works designs to identify potential risks and opportunities;
  7. Addressing site queries and technical issues in a timely and effective manner;
  8. Monitoring structural inspections, including NDT, bolt torquing, and alignment, to ensure accurate results;
  9. Tracking progress and preparing daily/weekly structural inspection reports to inform project stakeholders;
  10. Participating in coordination meetings to assess the impact of changes on structural integrity;

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
  • At least 10 years of experience in structural supervision, including major steel works projects;
  • Proficiency in STAAD, Tekla, and knowledge of Eurocodes or ACI/ASD standards.
