Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our operations in Oman. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business strategy and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction in Oman's beverage market.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in sales, including 3 years of managing key accounts, as well as 3-5 years of senior leadership experience. A strong track record of P&L management, inventory management, and multi-category channel experience is essential.

Key responsibilities will include leading and motivating senior managers across departments, overseeing P&L, building strategic relationships with top-tier clients, collaborating with Category Managers, and conducting structured reviews with key accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 6 years in sales, including 3 years managing key accounts
  • 3–5 years in a senior leadership role
  • P&L and inventory management experience
  • Experience in multi-category channels (beer, wine, spirits, champagne)
