Meet your ideal candidate: a skilled Fitness Professional with expertise in conducting personal training sessions, leading group classes, and maintaining a safe gym environment.

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our wellness team at voco Muscat Al Mouj. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to clients' goals and fitness levels.
  • Leading group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, HIIT, strength training, aerobics, or other wellness-based activities.
  • Performing fitness assessments and developing customized training plans for guests or members.
  • Providing instruction on correct use of gym equipment, proper exercise form, and injury prevention.
  • Monitoring and motivating clients during workouts to ensure they are performing exercises safely and effectively.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the fitness center, equipment, and studio areas at all times.
  • Providing basic nutritional guidance in alignment with fitness goals (if certified).
  • Accurately recording training sessions, client progress, and attendance.
  • Assisting with the promotion of fitness programs, challenges, or wellness initiatives.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to guest or member inquiries and concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Certification in Personal Training or Fitness Instruction from a recognized organization.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition basics.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
