Experienced SAP FICO Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, support, and rollouts.
- Analyze business requirements and implement them into SAP FICO system solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost of Sales, Cost of Production, and other related modules.
- Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Credit Management, and Trade Regulations.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure IT compliance, prepare documentation including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance or be a Chartered Accountant, with at least 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA environments is required, along with proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
A solid understanding of financial processes, including accounting principles, reporting, and internal controls, is essential. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills are also necessary.
