Job Title: Business Application Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Deliver and implement business application solutions aligned with business needs, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide cost-effective solutions based on thorough analysis and risk assessment.
  • Monitor and report on the implementation of business applications to ensure they meet expectations.

Deliver Business Application Support:

  • Sustain business application solutions according to business needs, regulations, and policies.
  • Offer SAP techno-functional support within agreed service levels and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of daily operational issues by monitoring, reporting, and closing support tickets within service level agreements and compliance standards.
  • Draft procedures for business application solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Applications Planning and Compliance:

  • Contribute to planning for business applications, including potential improvements and budget estimates.
  • Implement company policies, regulations, and close audit, conformance, and risk control actions related to business applications.

Others:

  • Perform additional tasks or activities assigned as per business and company needs.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Delivery of business application solutions in accordance with set standards.
  • Support of business applications as per service level agreements.

Performance metrics for all business applications include availability, security, and user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field.
  • SAP Certified Associate FICO.
  • Project management certification is preferred.
  • Mandatory SAP HANA Suite course.
  • Mandatory VAT-related experience.
