We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the flow of materials and parts within our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine material requirements by analyzing production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders.
  • Collaborate with department supervisors to identify overdue materials and communicate their status.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to expedite the transfer of materials from stock areas to production zones.
  • Inspect received materials, verify part numbers, and investigate discrepancies such as damaged or unmarked parts.
  • Verify materials used at workstations against work ticket specifications.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in expediting roles is required.
