Key Responsibilities

  • Manage wine cellars daily, including inventory control and maintenance, and coordinate special events that showcase our extensive wine selection.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving budgeted targets and maintaining expenses within acceptable limits.
  • Prepare annual operating plans to support food and beverage outlets, aligning with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Maintain secure procedures for wine inventory storage and financial transactions.
  • Develop purchasing practices aligned with nutrition and sustainability platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
  • Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit.
