Marketing Leadership

The successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to promote the organization's business.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing plans, aligning with the company's objectives and target market.
Key Responsibilities

This role entails a multifaceted approach to marketing, encompassing strategy development, team management, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions.
Property Promotion

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating compelling property listings for various platforms, including websites, social media, and print media.

  • Collaborate with real estate agents and property managers to ensure effective promotion and showcasing of properties.
  • Develop online and offline advertising campaigns to promote individual properties, driving engagement and conversions.
Digital Marketing

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
Brand Management

Develop and maintain the brand identity of the real estate company, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.

  • Implement branding strategies to differentiate the company from competitors and build brand loyalty.
Lead Generation and Conversion

Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, nurturing leads through targeted marketing campaigns and follow-up efforts.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth transition of leads into conversions, driving revenue growth.
Public Relations

Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and events, cultivating relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Enhance brand reputation through strategic communication and community engagement.
Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing leadership required, preferably with a focus on real estate or a related industry. Arabic nationality preferred.
