We are seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects and changes in Digital Channels Applications, encompassing Mobile Banking Engagement Layer (UI/UX or Presentation layer) and Mobile Banking Digital Spine (Micro-service layer).

Key responsibilities include evaluating vendor deliverables, data migration, application/server/infrastructure upgrades, and troubleshooting application issues. Additionally, the individual will support end-to-end testing and production implementation.

Responsibilities
  • System Maintenance: Ensure application availability, undertake maintenance, and perform root cause analysis for issues.
  • System Enhancements: Set milestones, coordinate with teams and vendors, review architecture and design, and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Projects: Support digital transformation and change management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess high-level programming skills, system development experience, knowledge of SDLC, and current industry technologies. Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Personnel Specifications:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT with extensive knowledge of digital channels applications in banking. Required skills include iOS development, PL/SQL, Agile methodologies, UI/UX development, Android development, React Native, Jenkins, Flutter, risk and audit compliance, OpenShift, Kubernetes, SQL, SOAP, REST, Waterfall methodologies, database management (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL), application support, Java, J2EE, microservices, TCP/IP, GitLab CI/CD, and mobile banking application implementation.
