We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to lead our sales efforts in Oman.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals, identifying new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial activities with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in a relevant field, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Valid work clearance/visa for Oman and a valid driving license.
  • Proven experience in selling canned tuna and sardine products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement product marketing strategies with clear goals, timings, and accountability.
  2. Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
  3. Identify and mitigate commercial risks, implementing effective risk management strategies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and finalize commercial agreements.
  5. Contribute to long-term business strategy development by providing economic insights and identifying potential growth areas.
