Job Title: Asset & Facilities Officer

Department: Facility Management

Contract Duration: Temporary

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage company assets, overseeing auctions and coordinating facility services.
    • Optimize space utilization by handling soft services, waste management, pest control, and administrative issue resolution.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
  1. Oversee the auction process for surplus assets.
  2. Coordinate office space allocation and setup.
  3. Maintain an updated inventory of company assets.
  4. Ensure proper tracking, maintenance, and utilization of assets.
  5. Implement pest control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
  6. Supervise waste management efforts to maintain a clean environment.
  7. Process invoices in a timely manner.
  8. Ensure supplier payments align with pre-agreed terms.
  9. Provide payment remittance details and handle supplier inquiries.
  10. Communicate updates in the invoice submission process.
  11. Resolve administrative facility-related issues promptly.
  12. Assist in space planning and utilization efforts.
  13. Support auction management activities and documentation.
  14. Perform other duties to support operational efficiency.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field is required.

A minimum 0-1 year of experience in asset management, procurement, or facility operations is desired.
