Job Title: Accounts and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide financial, administrative, and human resources support to ensure effective and efficient operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting and experience in finance, HR, or administrative support (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and petty cash, as well as supporting payroll preparation and ensuring compliance with labor law deductions and benefits.
  • Maintaining HR records including employee files, contracts, and performance documents is also essential.
  • Additional tasks involve assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring compliance with Omani labor law and company policies.
